Shipping Information
At Delicate Soul Designs, we understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
We will ship out your items within 48 hours on business days (Monday - Friday). Please note that this excludes weekends and Canadian public holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every order at Delicate Soul Designs is custom-made specifically for you at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it, paying close attention to sizing, colors, and personalization details.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. You will be presented with available shipping options and their associated costs before finalizing your purchase. We ship from Central, Alberta, Canada.
